The Story,

This poster was created as a Christmas gift for my father. It symbolizes the beginning of a lifelong passion.

When my dad was young he once got a Geveart camera from his older sister and her husband. At the time, it was equipped with a physical flash bulb that had to be replaced for every picture. With it, he debuted into photography which is a hobby he’s had ever since. It is heavily inspired by northern lights, as that is a common sight at his place of birth in Andenes in Norway.

This camera is entirely made in CG and is carefully modeled after his actual camera. Including the wear and tear that actually exists on the camera.
